The consulting firm GEMINI Executive Search was founded in 1987 as part of the German marketing consulting firm Gruber, Titze & Partner and was integrated into the Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Group five years later. The group is one of the most prominent consulting companies globally. After a successful management buyout in 2001, GEMINI Executive Search launched as an independent company with offices in Bad Homburg (HQ), Munich, Cologne, Hamburg and Prague. In 2022, the company was acquired by Bludau Holding, headquartered in Frankfurt am Main. Together with the client, GEMINI Executive Search consultants draw up a comprehensive profile of requirements and competencies in order to create ideal conditions for filling highly qualified management and selected key positions.
AI-supported research of relevant candidates on the basis of the defined requirement and competence profile using the GEMINI X-Ray® software developed in-house. The software uses a wide vareity of internal and external sources for a quick and accurate pre-selection.

Telephone Identification / Approach
The subsequent telephone identification by GEMINI Executive Search consultants with a so-called “cover story” supplements the market research and the X-Ray scan. The next step is the professional and motivating approach of suitable candidates by the experienced GEMINI Executive Search consultants, who are then invited to a personal interview.
Personal interviews with candidates - using scientifically based management diagnostic methods, among other things - are used to check and assess the professional and personal requirements critical to success. The partially standardised approach of the GEMINI Executive Search consultants also enables rapid comparability of the candidates in the screening process.

Executive Assessment Report
The interviewed candidates are summarised in a confidential report, taking into account the pre-defined requirements, and sent to the client.
After sending the confidential reports, candidates are discussed, selected and invited to a personal interview with our clients.
