With over 20 years of consulting experience, Kaan Bludau has established himself as a knowledgeable consultant and thought leader. Prior to BludauPartners and acquiring GEMINI Executive Search GmbH, Kaan Bludau was part of the extended management team of an international executive search firm, where he set up and led the Retail & E-Commerce and Travel, Transport & Logistics divisions. He further developed his extensive expertise as the HR director of a successful consulting firm, after working as a team leader in various international executive search companies. Kaan Bludau holds a degree in business administration with concentrations in finance, marketing, and international management.
