To immediately identify a preselection of the best-suited candidates for a position, our in-house developed AI software GEMINI X-Ray® uses diverse sources. These include our internal database and sourcing from all freely accessible channels, examples of these being the internet, social media, or requirements given by our clients. Based on the gathered data and with the help of our scoring systems, a ranking of potentially suitable candidates is created. The software considers important influencing factors such as prior experience, career path, competencies, leadership skills, values, motives, and willingness to switch. Additionally, whole organisations and organisational structures can be rated by the target company with the help of our innovative system. Such a well-founded system guarantees a proper preselection of candidates that fit the needs of our clients perfectly, even for complex leadership or expert positions.

GEMINI X-RAY® is a digital tool for the next generation of recruitment consultancy: it is an AI-supported software that enables a significantly accelerated pre-selection of suitable candidates through highly complex algorithms. These results are analysed and evaluated based on the expertise, experience and intuition of our personnel consultants. This makes it possible to obtain well-founded results in the shortest possible time, even for complex appointments.

In order for the programme to be able to recognise the most complex structures and procedures in counselling and staffing at all, it was first fed an almost unimaginable amount of data. Since good staffing (with a few exceptions) is always sustainable, it must be based on reciprocity: the executive must fit the company, but the company must also fit the executive. Our goal is to create an optimal interface between the company and the executive with GEMINI X-Ray®.

GEMINI X-Ray® is NOT a fully automated programme! Up to now, computers have not been able to provide some important aspects of personnel consulting, such as tact, knowledge of people, markets and industries. For this, we are still dependent on the expertise of our experienced consultants. For them, the AI software is a tool to optimise processes, recognise recurring patterns and structures and analyse candidates.

The great advantage of an AI software is that it continues to learn. So the more placements X-Ray has already analysed, the more accurately it can calculate how well a potential executive fits your company. This also has great value for follow-up assignments, because the more familiar X-Ray is with the specific requirements and values of your company, the more accurate the calculations for it will be.
